Refund and Return Policy
At Royal Astro Compass, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality personal birth chart reading. Because every reading is created by hand and tailored to your unique birth details, our refund and return policy is intentionally simple and clear.
1. Digital Products Only
All of our offerings (including the Celestial Compass and any add-ons) are digital products delivered by email. No physical items are shipped and there are no returns of physical goods.
2. Personal Clarity Readings
Each reading requires time, focus and energy to interpret your chart and write your personalised PDF. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once your reading has been delivered.
However, we understand that sometimes something may feel slightly off. To keep things fair for both sides, we offer:
- One free revision: If you feel a key part of your reading is clearly not about you or is factually incorrect based on the data you provided, you may request one clarification or small adjustment within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Delivery
If you have completed your payment but have not received your reading:
- First, please double-check your spam / junk folder.
- If it is not there within 24–48 hours, contact us and include the name and email used at checkout.
- We will resend your reading to the correct address. If we are still unable to deliver it for technical reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Change of Mind
Because each reading is started shortly after your order and is personalised specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for a simple change of mind once work has begun.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If we have not yet started working on your chart, we may be able to cancel and refund your payment at our discretion.
5. Add-Ons and Upgrades
Any optional add-ons (such as a 90-Day Action Plan, personal voice walkthrough or personalised affirmations) follow the same rules as the main reading: they are digital, made-to-order products and are generally non-refundable once delivered.
